    I guess these all come as kits with the shocks and leaves together? If i lift the back I'm gonna have to lift the front.... :D

    Technical Service Bulletin (TSB). Its kinda like a recall but not really.

    Your dealership sucks, I got my TSB done yesterday with no problems. They even washed and vacuumed my truck for free. U might want to go to another dealership.

    Probably a dumb question but...Are TSB's covered by warranty? I just bought a '11 and peeked under the bed and I have the 3 leaf. If they issue a TSB shouldn't the just fix it at the factory?

    None. And proud of it.
    Ridiculous behavior by the dealer. I just had my 2011 done today. They looked at it briefly Monday, ordered the parts, got them in yesterday and did it today in less than 3 hours. Serendipitiously my license plates came in today and they put them on for me as well.

    Suggestion: Find another dealer.

    I go to Mossy Toyota in Pacific Beach, they have done like 5 TSB's in the last 2 months they said. Only took 3 hours for them to do it.
