07 front diff help???

I have some pretty good loosness on my driver side inner cv joint.
A while back the truck was in a collision that directly affected the left wheel.
I've just replaced the entire left axle and the play is still there???
I thinkthe play is just inboard of the dust seal Is there a bearing right there that may have been damaged in the accident????

Its not some its excessive play It used to be normal like the other side

 

Man it seems like vehicles never ride the same after being involved in an accident. Wish I had an answer for you.

 

Atter convincing myself that the front end slow shudder while turning was my CV it was not.
I went as far as replacing a cv axle playing around with shiming the diff and it was none of that.
I brought the truck into a transmission shop and they diagnosed the problem as bieng the rear LSD ( it wasnt working properly so it was binding up when turning slowly). The shop changed the fluid, put in some additive and its fine now.
P.S. The shop trouble shot the front by disconnecting the front driveshaft and ruling out everything up front!!

There is usually more play on drivers side.
