Im a new member (obviously) to this forum, and Im pretty new to Toyotas. I never was a big Toyota fan and about two months ago I began working at Legends Toyota in Kansas City, KS as a line tech. Im not a certified toyota technician but i work on basically everything. I joined this forum because I am going to buy a tacoma soon. Within the next few days. Ive been in off roading for awhile but i dont see a whole lot of newer tacomas. Any ideas for performance, wheels, off road gear would be greatly appreciated.

    Welcome to TW!

It all depends on how much money you want to put into your truck...Once you start you cant stop!

Most popular lifts on the site are 3" from Old Man Emu or Toytec (More info in the suspension forum)

Every kind of tire on the market is being used by members, but best for offroad would be mud terrains (check the tire forum) I love my BFG KM2 M/Ts

offroad gear...theres too much to say in one post.
Sliders, high clearence plate bumpers (front/rear), underbody skid plates, Hi-Lift jacks, lights/light bars, winches... Check people's builds in the build forum for more ideas.

Take a look around, you'll find tons of info on here
