    Hey do you still have the dent? So here's the thing, a dent that big is going to cause the metal to stretch and it won't go back to its original shape, especially if there is a crease in it. However it might come out enough and be up to your satisfaction. But I would take it to a body shop for sure to get fixed, wouldn't even be able to be pdr'd properly.

    so if you decide to do it yourself you can try that plunger method, never tried it myself but seems like it would work half decent. If you can get the headliner out try massaging the dent out. Be sure to start from the outside of the dent on all sides and work your way in. If you start in the middle it will just stretch the metal more. Other than that i don't know what else to tell you.
