My parking brake light on my dash trips when my parking brake isn't engaged. I'll be driving along and it will light up for a few seconds then turn back off. Happens frequently when I am on the brakes slowing down to a stop, or if I am on the brakes hard it will light up.

Anyone familiar with this problem or know of a fix?
    Thanks!

Check your brake fluid level in the master cyl. If you down around the add line stopping will uncover the sensor or turning corners may also and throw the light on.

Might want to get your brakes checked as usually when it comes on your pads are worn down.
