    No. There is no warranty that covers balancing. Some people have a pre-paid service agreement, that covers balancing, but that's it.

    I went to Discount Tire with my OEM Tires. For $45 they will balance the tires for the life of that set. They do rotations for free. Now that I have new tires through them - eveything is included.
