You are an amazing man! I was just knee deep in kits also. This saves a lot of time and headache.

Same seller also sells this kit
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Toyo...r_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2a144a37e8

    Same amount parts but OEM

As far as I can tell technically it is one idler pulley and one tensioner pulley. Everything have looked at only shows the two but I could be wrong. I haven't opened my FSM yet. It is advertised as a complete kit so I assume it is.

The same guy also has this kit

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/Toyota-V6-T...Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr&hash=item2c5f7f7331

Which is the one I am getting. The only difference between this kit and the other I linked is it doesn't have the drive belts. Mine were recently replaced so no point in spending the extra $50.

+1 this is the kit that i bought had absolutely everything and for 8 bucks more than the kit you were looking at you get all the drive belts too (good to have back ups. The only difference is that it's a Mitsubishi timing belt other than a toyota one. But the other part numbers are identical. I did the same thing as you bought a truck with no history on the timing belt sure am glad i changed it some good piece of mind there.

They are called rollers. Idler roller and tensioner roller. Idler is on the top, tensioner on the bottom.
