    Just bought my third Toyota pk. #1 was a 1995 T100 that I put 194k on before selling to a gentleman in Northern Wisconsin. Bought a 2006 Tacoma DC 4WD and put 121k on it until a friend beat me down to buy it. Told folks my next truck would be another Tacoma and three weeks ago I bought a 2011 to replace the 2006. Best trucks I have ever owned and resale is unreal. Pull a 40 HP farm tractor with no problems. Replaced the factory seat covers with leather and best money you can spend.

    Found this message board when looking for a way to disable those durn DRLs. I need to be able to slip in and out of the woods during hunting season and especially during turkey season. This place had the solution for me after my dealer said that the lights could not be disabled. Liability concerns I guess. You guys seem to have a lot of fun and swap a wagon load of good info.

    Boys, there just ain't nothing like a Tacoma....unless Toyota had put a bigger motor in those T100's and continued to make them. It was the ideal all-around pickup.
