I have the Undercover on my 09 DC and really like it. The disadvantage of not being able to use the tie down cleats has not been an issue. I figue something that tall, requiring tie down would have to have the cover removed anyway. The fact that it is around 50 lbs, requires no painting and can be removed by one person was the deciding factor for me. It does go over the tailgate and works as a pseudo tailgate lock as the 09 has the back-up camera and the pop-n-locks do not work. Around $700 delivered. My .02 cents, lots of options out there and you have to find what works best for you. Good luck !!

I have the bakflip and i like it. I have the bakflip G2 which is the improved one. the crappy ones from what i heard are the G1. i got it mainly because it is flush with the bed and it folds all the way back up against the back window if i got something tall to haul. There are some drawbacks like it covers both your left/right rails so you cant use the cleats. but you still can use your front rail with the cleats. to be honest i like it but don't love it. each panel is held together using thick rubber hinges. it works but i just don't like the fact that some jackass could just take a razorblade to it and slice it. probably wont happened but it could. also it does not have a lock on it. it locks automatically when closed and you have to open the tailgate first then pull the cable to open it. i like the fact i don't need an extra set of keys but after a while you get sick of opening the tailgate all the time just to open the cover. but all in all i like it. it works for me. there a few others on here that have the bakflip G2 and it works for them too. but if i could do it all over again i would get the Fold-a-cover G4 or either the RollBak.

I love my roll-n-lock, yea i lose the bed rail but it gets out of the way quickly is secure and locks to the tail-gate.
