Thanks for all the input guys I really really appreciate it. I went to the seminar, and it is not for me. Technically I qualify if you look at the numbers, but from what I was told I am not 'that bad', because my health (besides being overweight) is quite good and that I should seek different routes such as nutritional counselling. I now have an appointment with a good nutritionist on Nov. 28th, and I just joined weight watchers about 10 minutes ago. I realized it is going to be too expensive, there are a lot of risks and I honestly don't feel like I'm at rock bottom yet (this is why I was asking for advice here). .

Eating habits are going to have to change. i feel like one day I can do great and the next can be absolute crap. My schedule is tough because I never have a meal at the same time every day between work and school. Every day is a different schedule.

As for stress I am under a lot of stress. I'm a double major whose about to graduate and all the jobs I want to go for I have to be in good physical condition, and I thought I would be in good condition by now. . So the stress is high. Add a bunch of work into the mix, the stress has to be working against me.

When it comes to workouts I really think I do pretty good. I work out with some guys that are in great shape, and I can kind of keep up. . . I think my problem with workouts now is that I need to shift from lifting, say doing just chest or just legs, and shift it to more full body workouts, or maybe light weight workouts. I'm not sure about that yet.

I really thank you for all the help, and I am definitely going to be looking into this section of TW more often now.
