    For all of you Bozeman area folks...there is a clean up day for Hyalite on Sunday afternoon. Might be nice to help out!

    Fall cleanup day will be held at Hyalite on Sunday, Oct. 16.
    Members of the community are invited to join Friends of Hyalite and the Gallatin National Forest on Oct. 16 from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. for the inaugural fall cleanup day. Volunteers will focus on cleaning, improving and restoring dispersed campsites and recreation areas throughout the canyon.
    With nearly 10,000 visitors a month during winter and over 30,000 visitors a month during summer, Hyalite is one of the most visited National Forest System lands in the state of Montana, according to a news release.
    Volunteers are asked to meet at the Hyalite Day Use Area at the Hyalite Reservoir at 12:30 p.m. and bring warm work clothes suitable for layering and inclement weather, gloves, bear spray (if available) and water. Volunteer groups will spread both up and down canyon throughout the course of the day and a volunteer appreciation BBQ will follow, sponsored by Friends of Hyalite at the Hyalite Reservoir Pavillion.
    The clean-up event is made possible in part by a Montana Watercourse grant. To learn more about Friends of Hyalite visit www.hyalite.org or attend a free community presentation at the Bozeman REI (Nov. 8 at 6:30 p.m., 2220 Tschache Street).     :anonymous: Its true. That pic where I'm standing next to it was taken in '99 or '00, the early days of TTORA. That was before the formation of WATTORA.

    I must confess, I missed that truck for a long, long time. It was a '98 pre-TRD, even though it did have the e-locker. :rolleyes: The only thing that made it better was getting the one I have now. :D

    Thanks Man! It was awesome, my first 4x4. It scared the shit outa me the first time I put it 4lo and went up this gnarly little hillclimb. It was so effortless. I was hooked from then on.

    The KM design is still available but only in one size.

    me either. I love it here and can't imagine living anywhere else but hte winters definitely are difficult to get through.

    So I am looking for an opinion and I don't it to seem like I am taking smack so i don't want to start a thread about it. So I put money down a bumper on 6/8/2011 and was quoted 2 to 3 months give or take for a complete bumper. I have asked for an update every month following. on 9/19 he told me that he was getting close and he should be ordering my material very soon and he would let me know. Now it is 10/24 and no word. I am a little diappointed and not even sure I want the bumper now. Before i make any dumb decisions what do you guys think?
