the chrome on Eagle 185s

does anyone know if the ring of chrome on these wheels is removable? Looks like I'll be settling for these wheels insteas od Mickey Thomson Classic IIs, which dont fit my truck. But I don't like the chrome on them.

Also, is the center cap removable? All the pics have it on...

 

Centre cap is removable, but I think the machined lip is permanent.

I think they would look good if the centre cap was black. You could always paint it to match. I've seen these in person, and the outer lip isn't that shiny...more like a medium shine, and would get a bit more dull over time. You ever check out KX wheels out of B.C.? I ordered my wheels from them for less than $675 including shipping and lug nuts (locking ones as well). Kal tire wanted another $60-80 for the lug nuts. I say check em out.
