The day I brought it home:

It's journey there after:

 

adding the Satoshi and Hellas behind the grill. I used some angle aluminum for the light mount and high temp black paint to paint behind the grill along with the mesh for the satoshi.



When making the Satoshi, instead of using fiberglass, or plastic from the grill itself, i used some 1/4" particle board type stuff i had laying around, and epoxy'd it to the grill. It actually allowed me to sand the board to get the perfect curve for the mesh to sit on.


I then filled in the dip with bondo and sanded and sanded. I used epoxy and threaded studs to mount the mesh to the surround. Then, had it colored matched super white, including the inner surround. overall, for my first time cutting, using bondo, etc.. it came out pretty good I think.

 

New Lighting and switches. Ordered some Hella 500's with 4.3K 35w HID's. Added some rocker switched from Sierra Expeditions. I just need to wire up the rock lights and change out my headlights and foglights to 4.3K.
