Alright so i finaly got around to doing BHLM mod to my lights and i got them apart and painted no problem :). When i went to put them back together i wiped the linz down inside and out. My problem is now that there back in the truck the lenz looks foggy and i dont know why, any ideas of there suden foggyness?

oh and p.s. it wasnt the heat from baking them i already ruled that out.;)

You didn't seal them well enought and now water vapor can get in side and condence on the inside of the light.....

I second that. Or did you happen to use any super glue when reassembling for some strange reason? That can cause fogging issues too.

Did you try baking it again and seeing if the fog went away? That could help you figure out if it is now in the plastic or just some moisture.

Or maybe it just looks foggy with the marine layer out your way...:D

How MUCH time for the paint to dry? It takes a good 10+ hours for most spraypaints to fully cure. I let my bezels cure for about 16 hours before re-assembling.

That might make sense, maybe the black back makes the lense faults pop out more. i think that the headlight restoration kit might help out though, im hoping its just the outside, that can easly be fixed.
