There needed to be a "Not Yet" option. Streaming video tech isn't good enuf to make it stand alone as "the" way to get video. DVD and BluRay have a few more years for they go away.

I refuse to buy or rent DVD's or music anymore...pirates will rule the world some day.

 

Last time I checked I had to pay for downloads on i-tunes...arrrrrgh!

 

I vote for abso-freakin-lutely yes. Like CDs are becoming extinct, DVDs and BRs will be someday.

I have my xbox setup and to stream through netflix, and it's awesome. The only downfall is that the selection is no where near what DVDs are, yet.

BRs are cool, but who wants to pay $30 for a movie.

You need to have high speed internet to stream video in HQ like that, any idea how many people in the US DON'T have internet at all?

All you need for a blue ray player is a car and a few $100 bucks
