The payments were eating me alive and I had to get rid of it. Sold it to a Toyota dealership in Springfield, MO for $19,500 3 weeks back. I came out about $5200 ahead on truck. Been searching for a truck. I wanted something that was reliable, under 130,000 miles, and wanted it for under $10,000. It took awhile, but i finally found it and get a new to me truck yesterday.

2003 Toyota Tundra Access Cab SR5 TRD Off Road 4x4, 4.7 V-8, gold/tan, with 121,847 miles. Got her for $9,950. :D Just had to drive to Lee's Summit MO to pick it up.

I can say with the 3 hr drive back home. Im impressed with the ride of the Tundra. The wind noise is less and the ride is alot smoother. It has awesome power and wants to run. It passes other vehicle with ease. Not to mention, Im glad I dont have to shift all the time.

Anyone know of any good Tundra Forums? I want one that is helpful like this one and not full of a bunch of jackalopes.

Drive safe and enjoy your Taco.

Sounds like you got a great truck!
I had a 2004 Tundra then a tacoma and now another Tundra.
The tundra forums are ok..but none like here as far as traffic and discussion. The ads kill it all plus here feels like home.
Tundrasolutions used to be good but was bought out now takes forever to load & just went through an "upgrade". Lots of drama.
Tundratalk seems to be the best.
They all seem to have lots of ads too so....I stay here.
There are a few members here who have tundras...Ben has a 1GEN and maybe we can get a subforum. :D
Awesome news getting back into Toyota and no reason to leave

Congrats on the new truck and glad that you stayed with a Toyota. You gotta do what you gotta do and can't let the payments eat you alive.

I don't know of any Tundra forums other than what Judy mentioned, but remember that you are always welcome here. :)

I would love to see your new truck, if you have a chance.

I love those. My hunting mentor put 300k miles on one in a very short time. I finally gave up.

    They look great lifted.

Hey that looks like a nice truck! I think you did well. Like others have said, you gotta do what you gotta do, and I'm glad it worked out for the best with your new truck. Thumbs up!
