Best Diff Oil for Front and Rear

Just ordered built front diff and rear gear kit (4.56 gears) from east coast gears. They recommend using Lucas 80/140 (dino) on front /Rear and transfer case. I have always used mobil 1 syntho 75/90. They claim that syntho is not as good as dino due to lack of cushion. Can anyone verify this. What has everyone been using on their rear/front diff and transfercase

80/140 seems amazingly thick, but if that is what the manufacturer recommends, I'd go with it.

5100 @ 1.75, tsb rear springs with 5100. anytime fogs, rear diff breather, 50 cal ammo boxes on bed rails

I have mobil 1 front, rear, and trans case and it is butter smooth, no whining

bilstein set at 1.75, Racho 5000 rear with 4 leaf kit, floor mats, high lift jack, pull hook in hitch, bed rail corner braces, severe duty brake pads and devil horns on the grill....

I recommend the GL5 spec oil in whatever weight the manufacturer recommends...
