Awesome service at the dealer!

So, this morning I dropped my truck off for the 5000 mile service (free toyota care), I made the appointment online but the service manager said they never got it. I said, no problem, lets schedual the svc now and I will come back. He said no that's okay, we will get it done today! I couldn't believe it! He asked my how I liked the truck and If I had any questions of concerns/complaints and I did say that the back of the truck seems to sag when I tow my boat (only 100lbs tongue wt max) and he said they would take a look. 2 hours later they called and said the 5000 mile svc was completed and all the parts were ordered for the spring tsb, he even said the truck should have come this way!!! The manager said that when the leafs are installed, he insists on putting new shocks on all 4 corners (no cost to me) and wil have an alignment done! Finally, a dealer I want to go back to! If anyone is interested, pm me and I will give the dealer details as I'm not sure if I can post that on here.

 

Haha. We all love free stuff. The TSB packs made a noticeable difference for me. Good to hear of a dealer not playing a customer.
