One of the first things I noticed on my 2009.
I SWEAR on my 2007 it was the opposite, more sensible way, but I had already traded it in and didn't go back to check.

Bestop, Child Seats, petrified french fry, dog hair, empty Mtn Dew cans cracked windshield, scratches.
My wife's Highlander is exactly backwards from my Tacoma. First thing I noticed when I used my wipers.

I had always thought the bar represented the 'length of the delay' but apparently it represents 'the frequency of wipes'

I've spent many miles thinking about how it bothers me.
