Hertz?

Was talking to a guy at school a while ago and he happend to have a set of Hertz coaxal 2 way speakers and they also happend to have been 6.5 so he said if i bought him a pack of cigs and just give him whats in my paypal i could have em, He went ahead and gave them too me, but i have around $35 in paypal so is that a decent deal, basically $40? they are the HCX 165's, cant really find a price for them new but did find some for 120 used which is basically what mine are but these were probably used for about a month cause i remember when he got them and they sounded sweet...so what are you guys's opinions?
