For an example of team work in BF3, I usually play as Assault so I carry a med pack and defibrillator. Often times in 64 person matches you'll get holed up in areas with enemies laning you with sniper rifles or tossing explosives. I can keep my team up by doing revives and healing, and I get rewarded an equal amount of points by doing so (compared to if I were just running and gunning). I also like that you get unlocks based upon your class, so you can't choose anything and everything in ONE class.

    lots
having played both now, i still like BF3 more. just more realistic all around to me. i even stayed up for near 24 hours on MW3 tues-wed, and still find myself wanting to go back to BF. although i do like the kill confirmed matches on MW3. but the maps are to small and to many campers.

I do wish there were more game modes in BF3. That said, I'll be playing BF3 until somewhere next year. Then I'll reconsider MW3. I did like what IW did with MW2, so that gives me hope. I hated what 3arc did to BO. (and the only other COD I ever played before that was MW2)
