    My Metra Dash Kit i will have to admit it's finish looks blotchy and cheap! I am having a hell of a time trying to find out what kit is in this is (photo attached) I think the 4 indents on the top makes it look more like our stockers, and the trim around the DD opening dresses it up more i think. Help me out peps!

    I think the texture of the Metra kit matches the stocker more than the indents on the Scosche kit lol.

    Looking for that one only, some have a black DD bracket and some grey. But if you notice this one has a trimmed look around the opening. looking for part # to it

    Yes you are right about the textured one, it the paint job on it, its at best passable.

    Can't find one with the trim around the opening. *********.com shows that picture, but when you click on it a different one shows up...I don't know. The color of the Scosche is a bit darker than stock.

    I know Sam thats what im running into. I think i found it though, it's the Scosche 010TA2053B part# . All the others are a

    I really like the trim around the DD opening and the 4 indents on top like our stockers also i think i like the non texture look more now. I believe what i am looking for is a Scosche 010TA2053B DD Gray in color. I see another Scosche DD kit TA2053S9B but it has no trim around the opening. Has anyone bought the Scosche 010TA2053B recently or is it now called

    The trim around the deck comes with the kit there is only one scosche d l din kit in silver check out there website. Both kits have some flaws with fit and finish I usually just use the metra one and paint it myself since the texture looks good.

    Bilstein 5100s @ 1.75 with 1.5 AAL, Satoshi Grill Mod with 2 Hella 500s behind the grill, LED dome and map lights, custom made (by me) 10" subwoofer box behind the dbl cab seat, DVD/iPod/Bluetooth/GPS/TV/USB/Stereo, Yakima rack, Shell, tinted front windows to match the factory backs. Backup cam in the tailgate handle mod.
    Funny, I just ordered the metra kit (Amazon 13.33 shipped) because my scosche kit opening is to big without my trim ring and to small with it. It looks fine with the trim ring on just not as inset as I want. I will try metra, otherwise I will just trim my other for fit or font a new ring or backing to flush it up.
