My mud guards ripped off

    yeah yeah totally cool bro, i wasn't trying to pick you apart either with my first post. Just think it'd be weird. I keep my taco on the street, every now and then hit a rock road, but yeah my mudflaps are off.

    Back when I had front mudflaps before the 285's I trimmed about 3" off of the bottom of them and that got rid of the flapping at high speeds. I had the same thing happen to me when it almost came completely off only holding by one piece. I just drilled some holes and ziptied them back together. I do still run rear mudflaps though. I have torn one off when I was off-roading backing up over a log. but I was able to reinstall it with some new clips.

    happened to my front passenger side while on the freeway going 70MPH. All of a sudden, heard the whacking sound and thought I blew a tire. Pulled over and saw it hanging by a thread. I just yanked it off and havent touched it since. :eek:

    i live on the same street as a granite quarry so i need the flaps to keep my truck super white and not look like a dalmatian so im gonna have to replace them with some flaps just gotta source some good ones.
