Baja 1000 Truck classes and information

Have you ever wondered about how much those trucks in the baja 1000 cost and how much they are to operate. I was searching around and came across this.

brb, building a baja bug.

 

I honestly dont see how people would find driving a stock vw bug with some suspension mods across the desert at 45 mph (if there lucky) lol

but for 3-5 grand why not haha

 

THats low end for some of the Big TT's.

Heck the bug is a few grand most of the time just for prep. and its little

 

Still isn't cheap. We race a 5/1600 (baja bug) it will be for sale in Jan.

More money then that my friend. lol But Stock bug is SICK. You have to be a little crazy to race Class 11. It take balls and it beats the hell out of your body. But I will say a little class 11 chunging along will put a smile on my face more then when I have BJ or Normal fly past me lol
