my instrument panel lights usually come on when i turn on the headlights. they are completely out leading me to believe it is a fuse.i looked in the manual but it doesn't show a fuse for the instrument panel.can anyone tell me how to fix this

I posted a pic of the fuse panel diagram. Index 5 is a 10A fuse for the "gauge".
