Just stopped at a local Toyota dealership and saw these tires on a Tacoma with a 3" Pro Comp lift. Would there need to be any cutting to make this fit that Toyota does not disclose?

You can bet, the dealership did do some trimming to fit those with a 3" lift. I'm running 285/65/18 Nitto Terra Grapplers and I had to do a bit of trimming to the inner fender plastic because I was rubbing bad. You would probably have to do the body mount chop to keep from rubbing when turning with that width. Trimming the inner fender plastic is very easy with a box cutter, but the body mount chop takes grinding, welding, and painting.
