anyone handy with water and stuff?

so i have a problem with my shower, i'll be taking a normal shower then suddenly the pressure dramatically drops. it happens only in this one shower out of all three other showers and faucets in the house. the house is only about 5 years old. it seems to only happen with hot water. i have normal pressure with cold water. i really need help, i cant stand taking cold showers!!!!

 

i just did a little good search on this for ya http://en.allexperts.com/q/Plumbing-Home-1735/Sudden-drop-shower-water.htm but just sounds like something is cloggin up maybe in your lowflow portion, drill it open! haha im by no means a plumber

 

First, unscrew the showerhead and see if it has a wire mesh filter in the stem, make sure it's cleaned out. If everything else runs fine, this is the first place i would start. You also may want to run it for a ten seconds or so without the head on it, there might be rust or crap in the pipes. If that doesn't work, swap it with another head from another bathroom and see if that changes anything, if it still happens, maybe it's a problem with the shower faucet.
