Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
It was not in my truck, but back when I was driving my old 80 CJ5 I was coming home from work in the dark and saw this bloke on the highway that heads in the direction of our house, and since it was dark, I thought he was one of dad's hired hands and was a little drunk and needed a ride. Well turns out it is not him, and he opens the door of my Jeep and asks for a ride, he seems a bit drunk and it is really cold out, so I let him in, but after realizing he wanted a ride 20 miles out toward a reservoir, I dropped him off at the corner that turns off that highway and leads to my house. He obliged, knowing that most every vehicle in Montana is liable to have a firearm in it.
Still what a creeper, and wanting me to drive him out to a reservoir in the middle of the night, hmmm cant imagine what his plans were there...

Like a lot of you already said...if I dont know you...fuck off, bro...and take off really fast in the pre runner and look in the rear view mirror and smile. Kinda like when people that are more fit than you ask you for money, fuck off, bro...i bet you can use those arms of yours to work...and then take off really fast in the pre runner and look in the rear view mirror and smile.

the only time ill give strangers a ride is if they are with one of my friends and are comming with the group, or if im going snowboarding and people are hitch hiking up the road, then i have no problem pulling over and saying hop in the back, just dont sit on all of our shit. :D

I'd be careful with that. The hot girl trick is used by car thieves all the time. The girl gets your attention, and when you're distracted someone comes out of nowhere with a gun in your face and off drives your car.

I don't care how hot she is, no ride.

I've only given a ride or two to good friends.

Just this past week, it was about 34 degrees one morning, and windy as hell. I was driving on campus and this old lady (maybe 50s) was walking against the wind, scarf covering her face, her bags on a baby stroller and about half a mile ahead of her before she reached the actual buildings. I offered her a ride, threw my stuff in the back seat, her stroller in the bed, and her things in the truck, and man she was glad to get out of that wind, couldn't blame her either.

but other than that random strangers have never asked me for a ride...
