    Looks like the old metra adapter (circuit city) that plugged into the extra plug in the back of the radio. I have 2 of them laying around (pulled one out before trading in an old highlander, and the other just came out of my truck last week when I installed a new stereo). Wish I'd seen this sooner because I could have saved you some money. Only difference between the one you got and the one I have is that yours has a wiring adapter that doesn't require the extra plug to be empty (plugs into the 6-disc changer plug).
