Mine came without fogs. I was looking for cheap and good.

I ended up with good but not particularly cheap. (piaa 510 yellow fog)

I read that some of the cheap ones are not particularly good in quality or light output and I didn't want to have pay twice.

Those terms are generally mutually exclusive.

What kind of conditions are you looking for extra light for? Actual fog lights? Rain and snow? Off-road lights? Driving lights? High speed straight roads or lower speed curvy roads? Lights are pretty much tailored to a fairly specific use case.

The term "fog lights" is mis-used a lot, which is why I ask.
