no it doesn't. You'll have to use speaker level inputs.

is that something you have to buy or is it on the stock radio and you need to wire it to rca jacks?

    Something you have to buy.

Probably at places like BestBuy, or your local stereo store. Online availability of course, I like these from David Navone - has the benefit of also providing a remote "ON" wire for the amp.

you can use speaker levels but the better route would be to get a line out converter line a JL Clean Sweep because even with the speaker levels when you turn your radio up the stock head unit will try to turn the bass down to compensate for the crappy stock speakers and won't give the subs any kind of bass power. It will cut the signal to the subs making it not hit as hard or get as loud as it can.

And FWIW most amps come with a speaker level input you just have to run and splice wires.

A lot of amps do have built in speaker level inputs so you wouldn't need to use one of these if your amp has that. Either way speaker level inputs never sound as good to me as line level RCA inputs even if you use one of these.

though i do agree with some of your statement, in one of my previous cars i had a nice aftermarket headunit and hooked the rca's right into it, then switched back to the adjustable convertor i had cause for me it sounded soooo much better. But now with the kenwood ddx512 i have it has awesome sub controls so no need for the convertor.
