probably stupid thread

but hey should I get carbon fiber hood for my truck? or is it too ricey and stupid? I just wanna to hear what other people think. Some of my friend said i should get one.

 

just buy some carbon fiber vinyl wrap. voila, a removable faux carbon fiber hood. I think it would look cool.

yeah i thought the same thing. I was like eh i'm not sure. i mean i like carbon fiber hood on sport car but on truck it's just different. so I wasnt sure. I've seen some people here that has carbon fiber hood. it looks nice in some way.

 

Carbon fiber hoods have nothing to do with being ricey. Carbon fiber is designed to reduce weight for vehicles that perform with their vehicle.. It looks good if done right.

IMO on our trucks, not worth it. But not ricey.

 

Ditto, although some do put it on just for looks. On trucks I don't think I've seen on that looked good. But who knows just do it if you like it.
