    nothing, all stock expect got a OE replacement air filter K&N.

    ImMrYo review mirror bracket.
    Mechanic says it was the ball-joints seperating/failure. In the past one could get away with buying from autozone/kragan for these types of parts I was told. Now that is not the case due too lack of quality control in making these parts.

    Oh, is that all? :facepalm: Old news, caused by instillation techniques used on the production lines. Quite limited in scope compared to that fly by wire throttle fiasco seen more recently.

    You mean the whole fiasco that found nothing wrong with the G2 Taco's throttle-by-wire system? :)

    FYI, as with most vehicle models with mechanical throttles, there are numerous documented cases of the G1 Taco's throttle cable getting jammed by freezing moisture or debris. But that's another discussion for another time.

    so I told the mechanic that my rack is whinning and he says it will bleed itself out be patient. I am worried this is bullshit.

    And my right upper ball joint boot already cracked and the kyb replacement shock sucks ass!

    HAppened to me, my lower ball joint broke. Just totally fell out. I was driving about 65 down the highway to my cake maker for my wedding, running about 20 minutes late. And hit a bump, felt the steering wheel jerk and go out of alignment, I get down her back road, about to turn the corner to her house, and KAPLUNK...there it went, Didnt damage anything but my fender. THANK GOD! I was glad i was doing about 2mph when it happened! It scared me to death! I would have been dead if it did it going down the highway! Funny thing is, They were stock ones, and i knew they needed to be replaced when i bought it with 258k miles on it. Had the new ball joints sitting at the house waiting for a day off to put them on! :/

    Thanks Gofas! My wedding was back in April though, it was nice :) it didnt happen at 65, but about 2 minutes before it happened i was lol. Then ive had to replace stock shocks. Now im working on bushings and tie rods lol
