LONG STORY SHORT -
when i was in middle school there were pro scouts looking at this kid i went to school with from several colleges and the nba.Then went to high school and the same kid would allways have scouts talking to him and his family so everyone new he was going to play pro ball.

Well here it goes he plays a pick up game one day and gets into it with a couple guys that didnt understand it was just a game and they got into a fight resulting in him having his leg hurt bad enough that it needed surgery.

Word spread and scouts stopped coming and he never developed into a pro athlete and dont really know what happened to him.

Its just a game but not worth something stupid that could alter your overall life possibly.

 

I understand your rage and would want to get back myself. But in the big scheme of things it is best to move on. Think about the legal troubles and how long it could go on if it got into that. With that said what about pressing charges against him?

When I was 20 I got my ass whooped by 4 guys ganging up on me at a party one night. Went over with a friend and he wanted to pick up a friend of his that I barely knew and were going to a friends house so I said ok. When we got there, there were some friends of his that we didn't know. Long story short, the friend of the friend that rode in with me got into some shit with the guys there that we didn't know, and then some how it got turned to me since he rode in with me. With my attention on these 2 guys getting into it and me having nothing to do with it the group had surrounded me then out of nowhere I got clocked, never saw it coming, was standing in the dark as it came from the shadowed area from the streetlight. As I turned away after being stunned they were all around me and I took shot after shot with nowhere to turn away. My "friends" separated us and of course I was ready to go by the time I collected myself but everyone was like just leave and held me back. So we left. I was so bent on getting back at them but none of my friends would back me up and told me I just needed to let it go. I didn't even know these guys names. I did eventually learn the main guys name and learned that's the only way he fights, ganging up on people. So shortly after this happened he and his buds got into it with a guy at the game room where many hung out and nearly killed a guy puncturing his lung. Point of the story is he got his as he wound up in jail and all kind of legal trouble. I let it go after this. My biggest thing with this was my pride, I felt like I looked like a p***y after it happened and wanted to prove myself.

 

Let it go. Not worth the trouble.
