lol what's with all this Canadian MPG talk? we use litres up here. whenever doing a litres/100km to MPG calculation I always use the US litres per gallon conversion rate which is 3.78 litres to 1 US gallon.

Thanks, Bryan. I have come to realize that I was confusing torque-converter lock-unlock when in D as another shift, as in my 4-sp tranny was 4+OD (like my old Volvo 245).

    Imperial MPG = 282 / ltrs per 100km
We don't use US gallons. I just use a simple formula to convert it to a number people find relevant.

    Hi,

I was looking up Palomino real lite 1202 tent trailers and found your post. My wife would like to purchase a second hand one (2008). I am a user of this website too. I was wondering if you are happy with your trailer? The people want $7K Canadian. Is there anything I need to know? I tried to PM you but I can't.

    Cheers,

Hi...Grey Jay, I should say, I have sold my Tacoma and should have signed off this great site. So thanks for the email and straight up I would not buy another Palamino. I found mine to be built on the cheap side. An example is the door latch and door construction in general. This was the Pony model. The roof assembly didn't seem to stable to me either. So I would take the time to compare other brands for quality of construction as a serious priority. Definitely do not want a frig (propane) that has to be started from the outside either. Good luck to you and I hope this is of some help, Bryan.
