Okay so on "How it's made" I saw a car company or something that used water as the medium to electrolytically apply powder coat to a cars frame so that the entire surface including the inside of the frame is coated.

Is this necessary or can I have someone do this via air powder-coating?

Anyway, I have been searching for months trying to find someone that does this.

Sure I could simply buy this http://www.eastwood.com/ew-rust-encapsulator-w-ext-nozzle-black.html but I'm kinda OCD.

Plans, Buy a used 04 frame, acid remove rust (if any exist) and do that to my '98-'99 model.

Why not buy a brand new truck? I like to save money, and work on stuff. I've bought brand new vehicles and HATED it because you can't do anything beyond preventative maintenance and washing it. I'm still debating on weather or not I should do high compression pistons and a NA engine or low compression and a turbo/supercharger.

I like to ramble a lot btw.

No need to bend over backwards to help me find this, if you know better keywords to search for list them. If you already know a company please tell me! Otherwise, just talk about the idea.
