    I have the TSB in the rear which brought me just under 2" and 5100's in the front set at 1.75".

    I considered removing the front mud flaps but I don't want any paint chips...the floorboards won't protect the paint before it.

    Come on wilson, everyone should be familiar with the "shrinkage episode". Seinfeld did a service to men everywhere by having a show that actually explained the eccentricities of the male member. Before that alot of women didnt know it could shrink. Long live Seinfeld!!!

    If you have just the TSB in the back and you put the 5100's on 2.5" will the front be higher than the rear?

    2.5 in the front DOES make the front look a lil higher if you have a DC, even with the rear TSB. Most guys over on TW with DC's set the front to 1.75 with the rear TSB for a level look. Most suggest you put a 1" block in the rear with the TSB if you are setting your fronts to 2.5 on the double cab for a level look..that will keep the rear just a ever so slightly higher but will look the best in my opinion...

    getting there....
    we have been on restrictions since late july man!!! no car washing or watering plants at all( though you can wash at one of those car washes that recycles water).....we just arent on the restrictions yet as far as limiting house water usage.

    Mine would definitely be. Get the TSB (I think you have it already) and measure from the center of the rim to the wheel well. That will tell you what the front should be.

    Thanks for the link.I read the Tirerack review and it was great.I had narrowed it down to the Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armour and the LTX.I finally decided to go ahead and get the Michelin's.I got nowhere the deal you did but managed to find a retailer locally that gave me a decent discount.I also decided to move into a 265/70/17 from my stock 265/65/17.Essentially I added 1" overall and I think it's going to look good.I'm at work right now and can't wait to pick 'er up at 6:00.:)

    :D I just got my 5100s in the mail from Sonny over at Down South Motor Sports. I think he has the best price around. I will post pics when I install them AFTER i get my BFG A/ts......but not before b/c that would look pretty Doo Doo....:puke:

    sounds like a plan to me:D!!! actually, i think that after christmas is over, im taking my truck and the wifes honda accord to a detail shop and let the do a frame up detail job. normally i do all that stuff, but with the restrictions and all,i think it will be worth the cost of a full detail.
