Gotta love the auto dimming feature on the 09 rear view mirror. When people get behind me and flash their high beams, no harm done.

Head on? They flash me, I flash them and I usually win.

I have also had the problem of people flashing me. I never thought to point them downwards more, but to me it doesn't seem like they are very high in the first place. I do have a lift but it also happens in my POS ford work truck. I do however remember when I had a car though and it makes a big difference riding lower. Great advice on how to adjust them though!

Before my taco got stolen I had people bright light me all the time. I had HID's. also 9" of lift... haha.. so I would bright light them back and they would just turn theirs off. This lady at work calls me bright light. haha

Thats about the same as having a low beam light out so people just run with thier high beams on...at least they can see where they are going:rolleyes:, the rest of us not so much.

all you have to do is see that his age is 22 and then it becomes clear that anything that smells like logic is like kryptonite to him!

after a few tickets or perhaps the muzzle of a gun in his face may either remove him from society allowing darwin to take over, or at the very least he may get him enough tickets that the cost of the HID lights and the tickets wont be worth it. eventually realize that its not worth it, being an asshole just because you don't care what your actions do to other people.

Same thing happens to me. When they start to freak out I just bright them back or flash my brights on and off like a damn cop car. They then realize thats as dim as I can go and then they feel like dicks for freaking out in the first place.

um... ya, why would you use your HIDs and not your high beams in the first place? Wouldn't only want to use your HIDs with your hight beems?

X1, Even if they get behind me and start flashing me I just flash mine on and off. They see it and go "oh". Mine are staying at factoy settings weather it kills some one or not.

Yeah I think if everyone just re-adjusts them they should be fine. After I lifted my truck I played it safe and just aimed them a little lower then normal. Yeah I can't see as far ahead as I used to but I never get flashed so it's all good! Plus after I installed the HID's, it helped out a bunch! Now I'm just worried about my fogs. I installed 3000K HID's in them and it looks to bright IMO because there is no bulb covers.

X3- Having a contest to see who had the largest penis on the road is bound to get someone into an accident at some point. Flash highbeams and brake jobbing people is just dangerous.

Using tint covers isn't the answer-Cause then you are limiting your light output, endangering yourself and others. Neither is ignoring it-Get the lights fixed so they point to the right place.
