70 % window tint

Anyone have pictures of 70 % window tint ? This is what the legal limit of tint is for NY. Not sure if it is worth it if it is not very dark. Thanks

 

that might block some of the uv rays but you could easily see through it

IMO, anything less than 35% wouldnt even be worth tinting.
Even at 35% you can see out fine and people can still see in without too much trouble. Also, 35% seems to be the legal limit most places.

 

You're right, the legal limit for NY is like dirty glass... When I lived there, I went a little darker than legal, not much, just enough to notice. FWIW, my cousin is a trooper there and as long as they can see in the vehicle, they should leave you alone. I think I was in the 50 - 60% range. I was in college and didn't want to risk going too dark and getting a ticket. They are pretty strict in certain areas.
