    Before I got my tacoma, I had a ford ranger that did what yours seems to be doing.It was the spring shackle bushing ....had slop.You might check that out.

    Have you checked to see if your large, soft, curvy jounce bumper is still lovingly framed by the delicate lace holding it to your leaf spring assembly?
