Adding steering remote

I want to add in the OE steering remote to my truck (I have a base model). Was searching on Google and found this picture, thankfully it was on this site. I'm only interested in the audio controls I won't need the blue tooth or anything like that. Anyone know sites that have this? Want to avoid going to the dealership (read some threads about it and seems VERY expensive, might as well get a new truck , read in a thread on TN that someone got their controls from a Camry and put them in a Tundra (same controls for the Tundra and Tacoma apparently), got the controls from eBay, not sure what search words to use on there, or where I would find it exactly).

 

you can probably get it off ebay from a wrecked truck, and then you would need the harness as well i believe
