E-Brake Dash Light Staying On w/ebrake disengaged?

    Brake fluid was on the min line. I filled it to max and decided to check the brakes and rotate the tires. My pads only have about a MM of depth between the vertex of the gap at the center of the pads and the point where the pads hit the rotor. So time to change those asap. Measured the rotors, they are 21.5 mm so seems good (spec is 20 to 22mm according to the FSM). But i'm not able to measure the runout, or know how important that even is. Looking into what pads to get at the moment.
