CBI Bushmaster 2.0 Owners

Hey guys, anyone have a body shop do theirs?

My truck is going to be in the shop getting fixed and I was going to have them do it.

They seem a little skeptical of cutting the bed.

I emailed CBI waiting on their email back, figured I would ask here to.


SO if someone has how long did it take them?


The body shop said once they cut the bed they'll have to repaint the piece they cut, do they really have to or are they just trying to get more money from me?

i taped off a line a half inch from the cut and hit it with rustoleum black, done.

 

Thanks, are their instructions in the box? (They had not opened it yet).

If not any around I can give them?


I'll tell them to do that, I dont want ot pay $$$$$ for the nice paint and junk

 

Definitely paint over the cut with something. You could use touch up, just make sure no bare metal is exposed.
