    yea. thats exactly how i put my bumper on. did it all myself. also once you have it stripped down to just the bottom main section and mount your winch, if you pull the grill as well it gives you plenty of room to run the power cables before you bolt everything back on. acouple bolts on the sides on the inside can be a bit tricky to get to but its not to bad, i did mine with the usual hand tools sitting in the driveway.
