I've noticed in the last few days the things that I have put under my seat for emergency or towing purposes moves around a lot when aI drive. I realized that there was no dividers under there to keep things separated and possibly from moving.
So I am wondering if there is any products out there that I can put in there to separate stuff and keep it from moving?

    Any info would be great.

I have so much crap in my under-seat storage it can't move. Jumper cables, hitch/ball, first aid kit, wool blanket, sweatshirt...

Yeah, a blanket and a sweatshirt will keep everything from moving :)

Same here. Just put more shit so it doesn't rattle around. I have hat, gloves, flares, tools, ropes, straps, hand warmers, granola bars, blanket, jacket, flash lights. Thats all I can think of without looking.

I wish that I was able to leave most of the things that I have for emergency purposes. Since that the winters get into the -40C with wind chills. I did that at the beginning of winter, I had left my emergency packsack in the truck and most things froze(water, food) or died(batteries). So now I only leave things in there when it's warm. When I know it gets cold I take the stuff out.
