2011 Tacoma Newbie

    Recently acquired a 2011 4dr Tacoma Prerunner with the off road pkg and towing package. I am in Chapin, SC and also live in Isle of Palms,SC. Really like the smaller footprint and performance of this truck. I have found the pedals to be too close together if you are wearing boots or other heavy duty foot gear. I have doubled up on the gas and brake pedal a couple of times and startled myself....once I ended up in the middle of the intersection. I guess am use to larger trucks....or clumsy. I am going to use this truck to tow a small horse trailer. It seems to have plenty of power. I towed the trailer empty and it seems to do quite well in comparison to my larger vehicles. When i figure out where Totota hid the brake box control connector i will load up some horses and put it to a load test.
