    But if you mean locally, in your own town, my best advice is to go out and whenever you run into other people driving tacomas that have been modified or look like they're actually USED as a truck, go up to them, introduce yourself, tell em you wanna start a club, etc. You'd be surprised how many people will be open to the idea and friendly to you.
