265/75/16 w/o rubbing on an 04?

Will this size tire fit a 04 Prerunner DC without rubbing or do I have to get a leveling kit? Stock tires are 265/70/16 and are about a inch smaller in over all diameter.

That size fit on my 2000 with no issues.

How does it look I have a stock 2wd prerunner DC are the tires a little too big or do they look ok?
