    I googled HHO hybrid. Hydrogen di hydroxide system creating hydrogen fron water and energy from battery and alternator. Probably a scam. Lots of them for sale on web. None from reputable vendors.

    You have to follow him for a little while to tell if it is a true hybrid. A true hybrid will accelerate so slowly it will piss you off at every stop sign. A true hybrid will only drive 52 mph on the freeway and refuse to get out of the fast lane for any reason. The final test will come when you finally pass the possible hybrid. If the driver gives you a self-ritcheous, disapproving look that says 'you hybrocarbon burning whore' then it is a hybrid for sure. Doesn't matter what stickers it has, these are the real tests.

    That looks like the badge for the old Jeep inline six prior to 2007
