My four wheel drive doesn' engage, makes a weird friction sound, but doesn<t lock in and the 4hi light keeps blinking???
suggestions???

I took thetruck to the dealer and they pin pointeded the problem to b e the acctuator, must have been shorted out some how. Toyota replaced the acctuator and alls well!!
